On Tuesday night, the Special Counsel filed a sentencing memo recommending that Michael Flynn only serve "0 to 6 months" for providing “particularly valuable" information on several ongoing investigations.
The only problem was that massive chunks of the memos were redacted, so no one has any idea what sort of assistance Flynn actually provided.

Though the redacted memos don't provide much information, they do create a striking visual of white paper mostly covered with black bars. And once people realized they couldn't make very much sense of them without the omitted portions, they decided to meme the memos instead.
